We utilize modern, low force, precision, manipulative/adjustive techniques and intervertebral disc distraction augmented by physiotherapy such as traction (four types), ultrasonic therapy, sine-wave therapy, interferrential therapy, diathermy, myofascial release and much more. Insurance
Mitchell Chiropractic Clinic is a provider for most insurance plans and networks, workers' compensation and Medicare. We are providers for nearly all HMO and PPO plans in this area. We prefer not to participate in PPO Oklahoma. We frequently treat patients who have been involved in vehicular accidents. We will accept third-party billing for motor vehicle injuries provided the patient was not at fault and the third party coverage is valid.
Making an Appointment
We look forward to scheduling your patient for an appointment within one or two days. If a patient's situation requires an immediate consultation, please inform the receptionist right away. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
What Patients Should Bring
For motor vehicle accidents please ask your patient to bring all of their auto and medical insurance information plus the police report to the first visit. Please also ask your patient to bring recent medical records, x-rays, MRI, myelogram, CT scan, discogram, etc. at the time of their visit if possible. This will assist us in the initial assessment and speed up the initiation of treatment.
